This is my second time at this place. This time I drove 45min here to eat their sushi. I consider myself an educated sushi enthusiast. I can taste when sushi is good. I hate driving, so for me to drive from Ahwatukee to all the way to Peoria to eat here says a lot. The staff was great, the owner, Kelly, is such a personable lady. Fish is very fresh. I’m coming back here again and again.
FINALLY was able to try this place that I have had my eye on for years. Will have to admit it was the return of the lychee martini that finally got me to get off my butt and try it out. So glad I did. Neighborhood friendly staff and the two rolls I tried (kawaii and Las Vegas) were both delicious. Oh. And yeah. The lychee martini hit the spot. Will be back!
My new favorite local spot...nice atmosphere, cool design,service was great, food was excellent (we had sushi-large rolls, fresh ingredients, fun and tasty combos), loved the custom drinks too! I cant wit to come back and try some of the other Asian style meals, but for sushi we loved it. thanks especially to the owner Kelly introducing herself and personally making us feel welcomed...we root for locally owned small businesses, and this is a great one!
