It was a bad experience in regards to how it became so inconvenient for my family and friends. We lined up for food for 3.5 hours and didn't get the chance to watch the local talents on stage because most people were stuck lining up to get their dinner. There's too much people than vendors. The tables and chairs should have placed closed to the stage so people will sit instead of standing and gathering and covering the stage which other people and people on wheelchair couldn't see it. It wasn't designed or prepared for rain where people can go so bring umbrella or check the weather forecast prior to going. We all feel that we paid $10 admission fee for each person just to line up for food and didn't get our food till 9pm. It was packed and not much room to move around. The food from vendors are really good and authentic. Be prepared to pay for $12 drink or $8 drink or bring your own water. We all went home with tired feet and did not enjoy the event and could have waited another time to get Filipino food directly to the restaurant.

I normally give positive reviews. But I just couldn’t take the HORRIBLE SERVICE at this place. I shopped at this store today and came home with a missing Avocado. I checked the receipt making sure I wasn’t charged but sadly, I was. I called the store. I spoke to a guy, I told him to check on the cashier FIVE AM C. I was sure that the avocado was left at the store as I checked the bags and my car. Then she laid & said I bagged my stuff. I never really bag my stuff at this place. The blue plastic bag at this store is inside next to the cashier, logically too far to grab. Why Lie? It’s only avocado. I’m glad this happen as it forced me to never come back here again. Their produce are DIRTY, MOLDY AND THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! GO TO ASIANA MARKET INSTEAD!

Normally about 2% to 5% of the veggies and fruits are rotten, and normally the ones I am actually interested in buying are about 10% to 35% rotten, I just try to sift through for the reasonable ones. Today I noticed something that has been there for the longest time but finally got tired of it enough to leave a review as they can't seem to address it without being put on the spot. The whole shelf is moldy but I took some close shots. As you can see on the shelves and signs that there is mold everywhere. As the water sprays around on the veggies, it mixes in with this mold and drips down to the veggies, they need to get this health safety issue. The next time I come in and see this, I will directly be reporting this as a health code violation. For shoppers, please be aware and choose carefully, for the seller, get yourselves sorted out. This is very unsafe.

Great for a variety of Asian selections but I do feel like Mekong or Heart have more options, lower prices, and a better store presentation. However, the cashier I had was super friendly and pleasant. If everyone there is a great as she her, recommend going more often. :)

If you're looking for unique ingredients, you'll find everything you need. The veggie market is vast, including things I can't find other places, like fresh jackfruit and mangoes (ripe with lots of variety). I can't even go into the meat and fish options, too many to list. I will say, the fish are so fresh, they are held in tanks and still alive. That's fresh!! With everything from jewelry to home goods to a fresh kitchen with noodles and Boba, I could literally shop for hours, looking for new things to cook with. Do yourself a favor and give yourself plenty of time to look around.
