No meat -ALL Lettuce. Everyone that work there wouldn’t even eat the stuff they make for the community I’m so upset.
This location blows. I’ve been here during the day and service is good, but anytime I need to make late night runs they’re always “closed” “system down” or “only taking online orders”. I work late so I usually drop by around midnight-2 am. Last week there were 2 cars in line waiting for food and I got unlucky and the blonde gal told me the system was down. Seriously lame!
We have visited this "24-hour" location at least 4 times afterhours in the last few months and have been turned away every time. Tonight, they told me they were only fulfilling UberEats and DoorDash orders and closed for everyone else. WHAT? Turn off the 24 hour sign and stop marketing if it's not open to the public.
I’m extremely disappointed, there was a new employee working alone with swollen hands. There were around 8 cars behind me and he had to prepare all their food. Im not even mad at him, im mad at the person who made him work alone who even thinks that. I go there regularly and this has never happened. Hopefully I find a closer jack in the box near me.
The restaurant itself appears to be in decent shape. The morning manager was incredibly rude. He banged on the bathroom door 3 different times within 10 minutes. And the night before an employee told me that my pet could not be on the table. My service animal was sitting on my lap, not the table.
