The female night manager that is usually working was a delight, she seems to have a great grip about her employees, and seems to be one of the most well put together managers I have seen. And being a food service worker myself, it is refreshing to see someone take their job in stride, rather than let themselves get overwhelmed. She deserves a raise. For sure.
Stall #14 has some software issues on the the screen. When I was arrived, the display below said the red button has been activated. When I tried to pay, my options didn’t properly showed up. When I used my card, it took me to the tip option screen. All I was able to see was text of what appeared as the code strings for the buttons but nothing else. You guys need to get this fixed. This can cause unnecessary charges to peoples accounts and it messes with the ability of tipping the servers. Everything else was fantastic.
It's great they always get the order right never forget to give you something you ordered. Fast, friendly and convenient just the way that fast food should be. If they have a line it will shorten up pretty quick.
Horrible location. Pointless to use app you have to sit in line anywau because they are to lazy to bring your food to your car. They didn’t even give me all my food that I ordered or napkins or the sauces. Do not go here. This place is trash. You’ll have better luck at McDonald’s.
Ordered a small Sonic Blast w/ Oreo and Cookie Dough. After digging into it, they didn’t mix anything below the surface. I asked if this was normal, they offered to replace. The 2nd pic might have been mixed in the top but nothing else except vanilla soft serve. Even better is they told me twice they mixed them...
