Great experience! The woman in the drive thru was beautiful and spontaneous. Very friendly she also helped me out with $1.00 because I was short of change for my meal.
It was Jack in the Box all right. The clown came out of the box and pranked us. The food tasted off. My husband felt jipped out of a burger. My pita tasted like freezer chicken. The Dunlap St. and 19th St. location was just straight up ghetto. It was a fight to get to any bathroom. The reason this Jack in the Box got a 2-star rating was because the manager magically helped me find a working bathroom in the joint. My husband went to Dairy Queen in search of a true burger. He didn't like what came out of this box.
My order has never been wrong here. They put taco sauce in the tacos instead of leaving them plain like most other jack in the boxes. They also never forget taco sauce. 5 stars
Ordered a ultimate breakfast sandwich in drive thru. Didn't even get the slice ham in my sandwich. Cook seems not to know what goes in the sandwiches.
A clean restroom and atmosphere says a lot about a restaurant whether or not the food is good or not for me the first thing is appearance inside and outside I always wash my hands before I place an order so that I can enjoy my meal the bathroom was in poor condition definitely needed some serious attention I brought it up to the girl at the front counter she was disinterested she had an attitude like she's heard it before her attitude was I just cleaned it when I asked her why the bathrooms were like that I'm from the old school I'm not going to go there but my dad used to say when you do something halfway it wasn't a good thing LOL the food was horrible I don't know if they were trying to compete with the restroom or not they did not offer any trades to sit inside the restaurant everything was in bags so when I was handed my food I sat down to enjoy my mailing notice there wasn't any napkins so I asked the manager where the napkins were because it was my first time being there and I felt the napkin should have been in the back to begin with she said we're not allowed to touch anything outside of the counter area I was really disappointed even the manager's attitude was ugly so I'm just saying unless you're really starving there's other Jack in the boxes in the area I would stay away from this one if I were you and I hope the owner reads this and reprimands management and staff matter of fact I wonder if the owner of the restaurant the restrooms are in this bad of condition I highly doubt it but then again the apple doesn't fall far from the tree just saying.
