I asked for no cheese plus the sausage was dry and hard so I couldn't just pull the cheese off because who wants to eat hard beyond crispy sausage. I tried to call but just got the busy tone for 45 minutes trying.
Fast, clean, friendly service. The only issue is the ice machine for the soda fountain has been broken for weeks now. But staff will fill your cup with ice for you.
Same basic jack in the box, nothing special, except their curly fries! Being that it isn't on the street corner, it's easy to get in and out of. Large fries are still under $4! Keep that price point Jack in the Box. They make the fries fresh most everytime I order em!
Terrible drive thru experience last night. Extremely rude person named Jonathan refused to take our order and proceeded to make us wait in the line to leave. Initially he said he was backed up in orders when there were only 2 cars in front of us. We responded politely with a “yes that was ok” and spoke amongst ourselves as to what we would order and he kept telling us, a total of 3 times, that he wasn’t taking any orders for the next few minutes. Then proceeded to say he wouldn’t take our order and we can wait in the line to leave. By that point there were about 6 cars behind us so I’m sure Jonathan was thrilled to take their orders. Maybe some training in professionalism and customer service would benefit him. Or maybe increase staffing so customers don’t get treated with disrespect. Just a suggestion.
