    Once I was acknowledged, I tried to order a side salad. The women with a very thick accent said- WAIT, I'm not taking your order I am busy! Oh, OK and I waited. She comes back and says what do you want. A side salad, she says we are out. Oh, then do you have any salads? She says club. That's what I purchased, and I left. I'm a Paramedic, and I was at work; by the time I opened the salad, maybe 20 min I was shocked at what I paid $8 + for. Slime on the cucumbers, like they were transparent. The greens were brown; the bacon was rancid. I had to throw it out. UPDATE: I did reply to the link. Explained in detail what happened. I was told they would send me a coupon for my trouble. Better than nothing I guess ... that was 2 weeks ago ... havent heard a thing since.

    Worst experience. Pulled into the drive through on 10/14/22 at about 11 PM. Line is long I get it it’s a Friday night. I pull up order my food everything is fine. I get to the window FINALLY at about 11:25 and a hand comes out of the window and motions aggressively to stop before the window. I sit there for about 7 minutes before I get fed up and pull up. I ask the employee why have me wait right before the window? And he says it’s for their timer. And that my food was almost ready. I get my food and receipt. I see on my receipt that my food wasn’t put in until about the time I was told to wait right before the window. So is this why you have to wait so long in line? Because of the employees being worried about their drive time being off? Not to mention I get my food and I’m missing items because once I FINALLY get to the window after waiting a total of 45 minutes they are in such a rush. 45 minutes for fast food. I’m better of eating at an actual restaurant. The attitude and wait is just not worth it

    I get that it’s fast food and not to have high expectations but come on. Burnt, insanely greasy and broken. Not sure how they could see how this looks and still bag it and give to a customer.

    Ordered a 5 piece tender. Got 7, perfectly crunchy tenders. The person at the drive through was not your average fast food worker. He was actually smiling was considerate which is pretty uncommon with youth these days.

    Went there to order from coupon and everything seem good but French fries need to be refresh hot fries. They gave us a little taste old when left there for hours. Next time when customer order fresh hot fries then please do it for customers.
