These pics were taken at 8:50PM.. Dining room closes at 10PM. The dining room was still full of customers with more steadily walking in. The Cane's team had put chairs on the tables and tilted other tables on the booths preventing customers from eating at those locations. When I asked if I could straighten the table and eat there, they said "No, we're locking the doors in 10 minutes"... Customers were left standing waiting for tables to become available because the Cane's team wouldn't allow them to use the tables that were prepped to close, even though the dining room was over an hour away from closing. You can also see the napkin dispenser and lids holders etc were put on tables while employees cleaned forcing customers to have to maneuver around them. The dining room was over an hour from closure! Very disappointed in this location!

staff is super friendly, but when you go to drive-thru and your order is confirmed, and still received your order incorrect, it’s frustrating because now I have to get off my car and get get my order corrected. I advised the guy that I purchased 2 extra sauces, to his response “they’re on the bag” when I knew they weren’t there because he only switched the food bags with my correct order, and the sauces were inside the other bag, but the fact that he didn’t even looked through the order and make sure that everything is in the bag, really frustrated me. And when I say didn’t go through the order it’s because I went through it when he was getting the hot sauce asked for, and noticed my coleslaw wasn’t in the bag either. I didn’t mentioned anything because at this point it’s frustrating when you get your order incorrect, have to get off your car, mentioned i paid for extra sauce, and didn’t even acknowledge that it wasn’t in my bag, and then to see I’m still missing items. That is really poor customer service by this guy. This is why I’m writing this bad experience.

Waited in the drive through for 20-30 minutes and paid $17 for a single meal only to get home and find the smallest pieces of chicken they must have had in the building. Like comically small kids McNugget size.

I'm working in the area and visit here often. Today I went to grab my lunch and ordered the chicken sandwich combo. Got back to job site and discovered this...now I know people are gonna say "that's why you check your order and blah blah blah." If I'd been given a wrong order I could have been ok it happens. How the hell do you give away an entire box of canes sauce not knowing it!???? I went back and kinda had it corrected. Id ordered an extra chicken finger and instead I wound up with toast and sauce????????.

The main complaint about Canes is their small chicken pieces for the price. When it's good, it's very good. I have never had Canes and didn't have to put salt on my chicken. I guess that's what the sauce is for because there's almost no flavor on the chicken itself. I had it the first time 3 years ago and I remember being impressed. Nice chicken sizes, crunchy fries, some great sauce and that delicious toast. Now when I go, I don't know what I'm going to get One thing is guaranteed, I'll get some of the smallest chicken strips you can get anywhere. Chicken tenders are pricey everywhere but for what you pay you should get twice as much as you do. Their coleslaw is bland and cheap. I actually enjoy some soggy fries mixed in like at a fish and chips place or something like that, but the whole batch is usually soggy. Their saving grace of their toast. Very good and good quantity but u didn't go their for bread, it shouldn't be the star.
