Wow! What a great dining experience. My wife and I were lucky to get a 5:45 pm reservation (same day) on a Saturday night. Loved the vibe - it's definitely a place where you can dress more formally, but certainly not required. Best calamari I've ever had, grilled octopus was ????, and the cocktails were on point! The crab ravioli was delicious, my only complaint is that I wanted more crab! The ravioli portion size was small too, so don't order that if you are really hungry. I was kind of jealous that my wife got the seabass, the presentation was amazing and it was some of the best fish I've had. To top it off, we got the apple tart with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. Overall, it was a great dining experience and the service was spectacular. I would highly recommend Francine to anyone looking for a fine dining experience!
My husband and I had a fantastic evening out enjoying a three course dinner. Each one of our dishes and drinks was exquisite. Our server was so kind, taking the time to explain the options in the menu. The atmosphere was lovely! If you’re in the area, go! The calamari, ratatouille, and pork were *chefs kiss*????????
I loved the place. Everything about it. Staff are attentive. We’d 3 orders, calamari was the best one I tasted for my whole life! I mean it. Steak (medium) was so gooooooood! And the chicken is so soft & full of flavor. If you’re looking for a fancy restaurant with amazing food & fair prices here u go!
Please please try the octopus salad- it is the softest, most delicate octopus cooked to perfection. I could tell all the ingredients in their dish were fresh and well prepared. The flavors were honest, clean, and true to what they are supposed to be, with a fun little twist. The duck tasted like a perfectly seasoned and cooked duck (amazing garnish!), and the lamb the juiciest, aromatic lamb. In terms of sides, I loved the green beans which tasted like browned butter? I really wish i had a stomach big enough to taste the entire menu they offer. The cocktail and the dessert wine were on point with our meal. So pretty inside and outside as well. The atmosphere is upscale but mostly casual. Attentive staff. Would visit again 10/10.
Go for the vibe, stay for the food! Francine is a beautifully designed,m fun restaurant with a great atmosphere. The casual french farmhouse feel with soft dj beats perfectly compliments the french classics such as bone marrow and steak frites! Wonderful wine list. A bit pricey, but considering the neighborhood, overall a good value. Dining at the bar is perfect for solo dinners, or a casual couples night. I’ll definitely be back!
